It's historical.

Senator Barrack Obama will be the president of the United States on the 20th Janaury 2009.

Let's hope he can fulfill all the promises he made. I have a feeling he will be having a tough time due to the economic situation now. But I wish him all the best in sitting on one of the most influential throne in the world. I can feel that the world will change dramatically during his term.

And guess what?

The black president in the White House! This is the first ever.

America would be proud of this fact. That's what we called democracy.

And Senator John McCain was really sporting in admitting defeat. Kudos to him, too! Not like our country's politicians... >.<

Hopefully, history will not repeat itself. I'm referring to incidents like the assassination of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. to name a few.

Let's pray for the smooth transition of power which will occur next year.

Note: I actually watched the votes being counted and the announcement of the future president. Woohoo!! I have witnessed a historical moment!

Sub-Consious mind: [*Really naive la you...]
